Refund Policy - 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all orders. The 30-day period begins as soon as your order is placed, and you have 30 days from that time to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at sleepbetteronlinestore@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the address given.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please ensure you’ve obtained prior approval before sending the item back, as we cannot accept returns without it.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification required. As with our general policy, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also necessary.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
